Earlier there were rumours that Shraddha Kapoor will be replacing Nargis Fakhri in the remake of Basu Chatterjee’s 1982 hit comedy Shaukeen. However, it looks like those were just rumours as now we hear that Lisa Haydon, who garnered a lot of appreciation for her performance in Queen might be roped in to play the female lead in the film which is being remade with Akshay Kumar as the male lead.
For those of you who don’t know, earlier Nargis was roped in to play the female lead, but she walked out of the film as she got an offer from Hollywood which she found hard to resist. In fact, the Rockstar actor will be leaving for the US to shoot for her Hollywood film on March 27, we hear.
Anyway, if the reports are true that Lisa is a part of Shaukeen remake, wethinks that she is the apt choice for the film. Do you think like we do peeps?
