She is a television newbie with a lot of promise
Iris Maity, who is currently seen in Hum Ne Li Hai…Shapath on Life OK has stark resemblance to the Rangrasiya babe Sanaya Irani. Those eyes and perfect features reminds us of the Iss Pyar Ko Kya Naam Doon actor. But looks like these two babes have a lot more in common than just appearance.
Sanaya made her acting debut with a cameo in the film, Fanaa as Kajol’s friend Bobo before taking up the television show, Left Right Left. And same is the case with Iris, who has been seen in two Bollywood movies, Soch Lo and Tutiya Dil before signing Hum Ne Li Hai…Shapath. So while actors generally move from small screen to silver screen, these two ladies decided to take the other route.
Sanaya might be television’s most popular actor today, but Iris is climbing the ladder of success fast considering her show, Shapath is garnering impressive TRPs we shouldn’t be surprised if telly land finds its new Ms Irani.
What do you think BollywoodLifers? Does Iris Maity have a spark to be the next Sanaya Irani?
