There was a fire last night in East Boston, and when firefighters showed up on the scene they discovered someone blocking the fire hydrant with their BMW.
This presented them with a few options.
They could try to find the driver of the car and get him to move his vehicle, they could call a tow truck and move the vehicle for him, or they could teach everyone why parking laws exist in the first place by smashing two of his windows and snaking the hose through the car.
It would appear that they went with option C:
