Shah Rukh Khan Buys Farah Khan A Car, Wins Award For BFF Of The Year

 Shah Rukh Khan surprised best friend and 'Happy New Year' director Farah Khan with a sleek new SUV and instantly won the prize for BFF Of The Year (awarded by us, of course).

Farah tweeted a picture of her and SRK standing by her new car, saying, "Look what I got!!!! Thaaaank u @iamsrk ... Touched n beyond.."

According to reports, Farah had crashed her car and was using SRK's spare to get around, before King Khan gifted her a new set of wheels. The superstar has gifted Farah cars in the past too - one when her directorial debut 'Main Hoon Na' was done, and the other, after 'Om Shanti Om' wrapped up.

SRK has been busy shooting for the choreographer-turned-director's next that also stars Deepika Padukone, Boman Irani, Abhishek Bachchan, Sonu Sood and Vivaan Shah.

For a while, things had soured between Farah and SRK when the superstar had gotten into a verbal and physical altercation with Farah's husband and editor, Shirish Kunder. However, it now seems that bygones are truly bygones!

On a side note, why can't we all have expensive car gifting friends like SRK? Sigh.
